The satisfaction from a job-well-done is addictive to me. As a change agent, I strive to make a difference from the beginning; I'm not content with being on the sidelines.I have a diverse professional background because of my time working in various fields including customer service, technology, finance and economics, and materials. This combined with my education in both finance and computer science at John Carroll University has given me a different way of approaching problems and has honed my critical thinking skills. Studying finance, I'm a numbers guy - I love the decision-making power they give me! However, I don't shy away from the unknown. I am just as comfortable making decisions based on intuition, and I pride myself on being able to adapt to new situations quickly.Studying computer science, I support adaption of the newest technologies to stay cutting-edge and efficient. I think we should use the new tools at our disposal to always search for improvements. In professional terms, this means I will readily accept an unfamiliar task because I enjoy the learning process as much as the completion of the project. For example, I have led multiple instructional workshops for 130+ employees at an internship about software packages I had never used before because I truly enjoyed learning how to use them, and I thought everyone could benefit from the new skill set. In a personal sense, this means I am brave, outgoing, and willing to try new things.
