- Imported Kraft paper for the Vietnamese Market. Represented BiologiQ in the Vietnam market for environmentally friendly bio-based polymers.- Export and Export-grade Packaging. Represented several box plants in marketing their packaging to foreign companies.- General Business Consulting. Assisted with HR, import/export and establishing operations in Vietnam.

Established a factory to produce heating components for the semiconductor industry. Identified and hired all upper management, grew the factory to over 200 workers and moved from one smaller facility to a larger one. Introduced creative hiring policies that ensured a robust, stable work force during a period of regional labor strife and turnover.

Managed small factory of about fifty workers while starting trading business.Farbax remanufactured laser toner cartridges for the European market. During my time I was able to negotiate with the Swiss government a loan, reduced accounts payable to a sustainable number, increased both production and quality, and had profitable quarters.

General Manager at what was then the largest corrugated box plant in Vietnam. There were over 600 employees at the factory that was focused on the local corrugated packaging market. Successfully transitioned to higher quality products and greater variety of customers, established small manufacturing site in the Mekong Delta, introduced new technologies and products to a stagnant market. The factory lost its two most profitable accounts upon my promotion, was able to fully replace those accounts with a more diversified customer base. In addition to managing all aspects of the factory, facilitated the eventual sale of the factory to the Siam Cement Group.

Helped to establish, and then manage the Representative Office of a US-Singaporean Joint Venture. The primary project was to move Nike shoe box production from Washington State to Vietnam. It took over a year to get the local Ho Chi Minh City box plant capable of meeting Nike's standards. The project required regular communication with suppliers, machine shops, logistics and engineering teams throughout Asia and the US. The project was successful enough that the owner of the box plant promoted me to General Manager to manage the entire factory.

IT consulting and project management for large projects in California, Arizona, and Ohio. Functioned primarily as an outsourced technical project manager to Novell. Customers included the Los Angeles Superior Court, Arizona Department of Health Services, and Nationwide Insurance. Projects were single sign on, infrastructure consolidation, messaging and communication related.
