Oversaw conversion of legacy Struts/JSP architecture to JAX-RS service-based API. Oversaw introduction and integration of Docker-based microservices using RAML, JAX-RS, and Grizzly. Wrote utility software to: subscribe to and trigger events, manage in-memory caches, introduce a pre-Java-8 functional style, manage connection pools and track leaks, offer a general-purpose OAuth2/OIDC server. Co-designed Flux-based client application and developed React components and other code in ES6/TypeScript.
