Developed FMS Way Ahead creating a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for how Polaris Government & Defense (PGD) executes it’s FMS between U.S. Government supported contracts and commercial sales between our U.S. Offices, U.K. Office, and Australia/New Zealand Office; continued development to focus 14x priority countries for MV850, MRZR-D, MRZR-Alpha, DAGOR, and Commercial/Consumer product procurement in CY23. Created a MRZR-D / MRZR-Alpha Comparison, focused on key specification differences between the MRZR-D and MRZR-Alpha to allow the PGD Team to distribute across our Global Network. Participated in Cross-Functional Team in the Canadian TMP Request for Information (RFI); specifically tasked to update/refine/develop responses pertaining to MRZR-D and MRZR-Alpha comparison. Refined “Overall Operations Process” from Quote + Contract + Inspection/s + Procurement + Training utilizing team approach from Business Development (BD) Team/Customer = BD Team = Contracting = BD Team/PGA Team at Intercept for Inspections = Ship to DLA = Customer Receives = Coordinate Training = FSRs Execute Training; created a model for the PGD to utilize in a streamlined process allowing less friction in daily activities. Created a knowledge management approach to catalog all NATC Data from MRZR-Alpha testing results specifically focusing on a SOP for cataloging “D” Drive / Teams (this approach created a useful tool to flatten communication across all PGD sections; SOP allowed all PGD Team members to understand where information is stored for future projects and vehicle procurement.

Coordinated all activities, actions, correspondence, schedules, and transportation across 11 organizations supporting 650 personnel. Assisted in the daily operation of the Director's office, including the planning and management of the Director's calendar and coordination outside of the company headquarters.
