I currently manage IDC's Insights Tracker research programs with an emphasis on Energy and Retail. Within Energy I manage 2 programs, one that looks at the global smart meter market and the other that looks at the solar market. Within Retail Insights my teams focus is on Point-of-sale (POS) terminal tracking and forecasting. We analyze vendor performance, technology trends (mobile, PC, etc), and do market forecasting.
