It Systems Manager
CurrentResponsible for running the complete infrastructure including managing servers and networks, helpdesk, and end user support for DWFS staff members located at different locations.Manage the ticketing system. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct system and user-reported problems remotely.Responsible for the effective management of Office 365 / Microsoft 2012 R2 / 2019 Servers/Azure AD / AD / Group policy, Azure Intune, DNS, and Domain controllers.Purchase, configure and maintenance of equipment including PC, Monitors, Printers, phones, and Network equipment.Get bids for services contracts on existing and new equipment and manage vendor relationships.Manage, Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair phones and network-related problems.Support staff with the use of technology and provide training to end users.Upgrade network-related hardware and software, including patches and service releases.Maintain and manage SharePoint portal and Office 365 tenant. SharePoint design experience a plus.Experience in managing DCs and other servers running Windows 2012 / 2019 as well as supporting Windows 10 PCs and cloud applications.Maintain and support the company applications as needed. PowerShell scripting a plus.Interaction with APM group of IT teams, Center staff and other corporate personnel.Interaction with all end users, funders, and Vendors, including, but not restricted to DWFS only.
