My role was oversight and development of existing new affiliated companies throughout the organizations footprint. This included AZ, HI, NV, CA, ID, WA, & AK.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

Licensed and started a title and escrow operation in the state of Arizona. I created rate schedules, hired staff and oversaw a centralized production unit to support multiple branch locations across the state.
