Ryan Schaefer is the CEO of NAI Affinity and its related companies including but, not limited to Affinity Partners, LLC. NAI Affinity joined the NAI Global network in 2019. NAI Global is one of the top commercial real estate brands in the world, with over 400 offices, 7,000 real estate professionals, and tens of billions in annual transaction volume.Ryan has brokered hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of transactions including residential and commercial land, investment sales, apartments, mixed-use properties, industrial facilities, anchor retailer transactions, restaurants, corporate office and medical buildings. Notable examples include completed transactions involving the A.G. Spanos Companies, Scheels All Sports, Swire Coca-Cola USA, Rodelle, Gerrard Development, Thompson Ranch Development Co., University of Colorado Health’s Medical Center of the Rockies, and The Promenade Shops at Centerra Lifestyle Center.In addition to maintaining an active role as a broker on behalf of a select clientele, Ryan oversees investment and development activities for Affinity Partners, LLC and its related companies. This includes a portfolio of class A apartment assets across multiple western states. Ryan has also overseen brokerage, development, and investment activities for NAI Affinity and its related companies, at 2534, a 542-acre master-planned community in Johnstown, Colorado.

Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company including brokerage, consulting, development and asset management.

In November 2003, Ryan Schaefer and colleague Nicholas Christensen, J.D. founded Chrisland Commercial Real Estate, Inc., a N. CO based real estate services firm. Chrisland Commercial oversaw planning and development of 2534, a 542-acre mixed-use development at the intersection of I-25 and US 34. Chrisland Commercial is also the developer of The Plaza at 2534, a mixed-use regional center planned for 600,000 square feet of high quality retail and office space. Other Chrisland Commercial development projects include sites for up to an additional 300,000+ s.f. of office buildings in N. CO.In addition to its development activities, Chrisland Commercial provides consulting services to financial institutions and other develoeprs and is an active commercial real estate brokerage having brokered the sale of land for the Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital, multiple large development parcels, and numerous other retail, office, and industrial transactions.

Prior to co-founding Chrisland Commercial Real Estate, Inc., Ryan worked as a commercial real estate broker for McWhinney Enterprises and Realtec Commercial. Ryan played a key part in the history of McWhinney's 3,000-acre Centerra development by teaming with Nick Christensen to broker the sale of 107-acres to P.V.H.S. for Medical Center of the Rockies and by brokering a joint-venture to develop the 700,000 square foot Shops at Centerra Lifestyle Center.
