Helping people connect with God, grow spiritually, make a difference, and build strong families as a part of a thriving church community depending on God.-Building and leading high capacity volunteer teams (300+ volunteers) Including Neighborhood Small Groups, Large Group Studies, Integration, and weekend service First Impressions Teams.-Pastoral Care for a Campus of 2,000 attenders that includes counseling (premarital, crisis, and spiritual), Officiating weddings and funerals, and investing in the lives of our staff team.-Partnering with Campus Pastors, Central Support Ministries, Elders, and Senior Pastors in church leadership.
