I began my journey at ConSol Partners as a Senior Consultant and was eventually promoted to Team Leader, Manager, and Associate Director. During my tenure, I led the company's Tech division and managed a team of 16+ experts, which I grew from scratch. I was recognized as one of the top 2 billing consultants worldwide each year and was the highest biller globally in 2013. In addition, I managed the highest billing consultant in 2014. My division was one of the highest performing business units within the group.My expertise lies in strategy, team leadership, business development, and managing and expanding large accounts. I have been a speaker and sponsor at various prestigious conferences in the Tech marketplace. As a former minority shareholder within the business and board advisory member, I contributed to ConSol Partners' success when Empresaria purchased 65% of the company for £9.4 Million.I am proud to have been shortlisted for the Best Temporary Consultant award at The Global Recruiter Awards in 2014 and the Recruitment Consultant of the Year award at the MARA Awards in the same year.
