At Slade Fit Club we offer REAL small group training classes that are scientifically designed to target all major muscle groups, head to toe by utilizing equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, barbells, medicine balls and much much more. We also incorporate heart rate monitoring to ensure you are reaching a target heart rate that provides noticeable and lasting results. In all of our classes we focus on building muscle tone and strength through weight lifting and fat loss through cardio acceleration done in-between our strengthening sections. This style of fitness more fat mass versus 10x more than doing cardio or weight by themselves.
