My name is Ryan Stacks. I am a 2022 graduate from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and North Carolina State University. I received a B.S in Mechatronics Engineering and a minor in Computer Science. I have a passion for computers and a desire to learn about their function. A few assets from my past experiences which might be useful include the following: Determination and Commitment: Tae Kwon Do taught self-defense and more importantly determination. The outcome was earning my black belt in April of 2015.Communication, Customer-Service, and Team-Work: My past work includes System Logistics, Papa Murphy’s Pizza and Subway. These experiences taught me to communicate with others to get the job efficiently with quality intact.Diversity and Understanding: I was born without external ears, causing deafness. After multiple surgeries, I now hear clearly. This experience has taught me how technology enhances people’s lives. Additionally, I have an understanding of those with disabilities.The Desire to Learn: Throughout my college career, I have labored to build a genuine understanding of my studies. One result is a 3.566 GPA. Another is the connection I have gained with professor and peers of a mutually beneficial relationship. I strive to learn, and I do so quickly. I will apply this to any internship.
