I also work closely with our Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Product teams to explore emerging technologies. Some of my key projects include building and managing the Customer Experience Artificial Intelligence (CXAI) Program, re-imagining the Payroll Onboarding Experience, and improving key data points that help to achieve critical company level OKRs.

Gott and Company started off as a volunteer project focused on developing and nurturing talent in local communities. After working with various community leaders and local business owners, Gott and Co. was officially founded one year later. Using pilot programs to explore common problems affecting the community and developing platforms that tested solutions to those issues, G&C officially launched the first phase of the Business Mentor Program on May 4th, 2017 and I have offered consultation and other professional services ever since.

With LendingClub I managed high level technical projects that focused on driving operational efficiency and improving customer application funnels. By leveraging Robotic Process Automation tools and developing the Zendesk CRM system I was able to effectively guide operational efforts during a global pandemic with a collective project portfolio yeilding an annual issuance increase of $107 million and annual operations cost reduction of $561,000.

At Earnest I was responsible for end to end project management, CRM system development, and advocating the client's voice through product feedback. These efforts reduced friction and alleviated bottle necks for a small operations team of ~50 people producing a $7.00 (-53%) reduction in our cost per contact as well as a 10,000 reduction in annual contacts.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

As a System Project Manager I was responsible for developing Salesforce tools and workflows that increased the efficiency of our operational workforce. My development efforts improved the case categorization and contact intake process to increase agent efficiency by providing a 25% reduction in our email average handle time and by reducing our overall response time from 7 minutes to 5 minutes. I also lead email automation efforts and helped to develop a product enabled help center that was able to deflect 50% of our inbound contact volume, or 78,000 ticket a year, while preserving our industry leading customer satisfaction score of 95%.

As a founding member of our Salt Lake operations I provided coaching and development to a high performing team of 12 agents, all of which were able to meet and maintain an industry leading CSAT score of 95%. I also assisted with new hire training and the management of our day to day support operations through building performance reports, documenting operations processes, and helping to develop programs for the business. My contributions to the Subject Matter Expert program, New Hire Training program, and ongoing employee development efforts contributed to a foundation that would go on to win back to back awards for “Best Place to Work” in 2015 and 2016.

As a manager I was responsible for managing day to day operations and leading a team of 20+ agents through a corporate merger. During this period I also developed a new process that prioritized contact volume and automated low priority email steps. This resulted in a zero inbox three days faster than the previous program. In addition, I worked with a select few that managed an industry leading social media presence which boasted a 1 minute response and had a major influence on our A+ BBB rating.While managing the team I implemented new procedures that yielded 25% increase in efficiencies while maintaining other metric thresholds with results that were consistently higher than other support teams in the operation.

After a summer of seasonal work I was selected to continue as a part time cashier. I was able to help with other duties and eventually moved to the customer service desk where I was able to perform all cashier duties and helped with schedule adherence, clerical tasks, phone support, and inventory management.

I performed general secretary work and assisted with day to day office maintenance. Eventually I learned to read blue prints and assisted with building take offs before moving to the warehouse where I organized and maintained the company's inventory.
