Monitoring progress and assessing continued business justification of the undertaking once in-flight.• Managing and reconciliation of data that feeds into the billing process, thus ensuring the financial drivers of the operation are met.• Production of daily and weekly Management Information on various key areas, including attrition, shrinkage, capacity planning and resourcing, performance management and quality - enabling accurate planning of resource requirements and forecasting of workloads across areas. These reports vary in audience, up to senior operations managers/heads of function, across internal and external stakeholders.• First point of contact on technical issues, providing swift resolution to queries, liaising with other members of the PMO/Change teams on enquiries and co- ordinating best practice and lessons learned.• Maintaining project documentation across variety of areas.• Proactively manage risks and issues and minimise their impact on the operation.This is done by highlighting risks, before proposing action plans to stakeholdersand agreeing a resolution.• Conflict resolution - mitigation on complex subjects between different areas byestablishing/investigating processes and delivering decisions with clarity andsensitivity.• Daily and weekly MI reporting on a variety of risks to the project and managingreturns.• Workload allocation for multiple areas of the operation.• Production of quarterly operational presentation - lead the design, content creationand compilation of data to produce presentation which is delivered by Senior Operations Manager to the project.
