As the supply chain director, I coordinate production schedules, forecasting planning and lead times. I maintain and develop relationships with key business suppliers. I also oversee the inventory and warehouse management at our two North America locations. This includes inventory management, fulfillment, procurement, and production. As part of this role, I also manage a team for all new customer installations and onboarding, including scheduling, transportation, project management and coordination with all associated departments. I also manage the customer service and transportations teams who receive and ship all customer orders for North America.

As the operations manager at Packsize, I was responsible for a team of field service engineers across our North America markets. We were responsible for the care and performance of our equipment at multiple customer sites. I also had responsibility for the scheduling of machine installations and all inventory management.

I worked for a short period of time as a Solutions Architect with FATPOT Technologies. My primary responsibilities while at FATPOT were documentation writing that was used by software engineers to develop products specific to our customer needs. I would create documentation after meeting with the customer. Our software engineers would use that documentation to create software that met the customer's needs.

As a business analyst for MarketStar, I managed the data collection, data analysis, report writing, account management and consultation for MarketStar's customer, HTC. I researched data to create meaningful and timely reporting to assist HTC in making high dollar business decisions in regards to the production, distribution, and pricing on their smartphone lines.My experiences at MarkStar greatly improved my business analytics capabilities including my proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, survey question writing and dashboard report generating.

I managed a few different teams of project managers while working at 3form. My teams were responsible for supporting our sales staff all across the United States. My project managers managed dozens of individuals projects at a time while performing an inside sales role as well. My teams were responsible for the customer service, technical support, estimating, data entry and much more. The project management department played an important piece in generating revenue for 3form. We were the face of 3form to the customer for all the internal departments of 3form including, purchasing, technical support, manufacturing, fabrication, accounting, IT, etc.During my time at 3form, I managed three different teams of project managers, built an estimating department from the ground up and took the lead in transitioning an entire customer base and product line from a competitor buyout.

I worked directly with 3form's customers and sales representatives across the United States. I was responsible for pricing, technical support, order placement, data entry, financing, trouble shooting, customer service, manufacturing support, on-time delivery and much more. I worked on anywhere from 20 to 35 projects ranging from $1,000 to $250,000 at one time. As a project manager, I was responsible for helping the sales team close deals and taking over the customer experience after the deal was closed. I managed each project through several departments at 3form and assured an accurate on-time completion of each project for our customers.

I worked as a personal liaison between small business customers and Wells Fargo. I was responsible for finding new business customers and maintaining current business customer relationships. This was a retail banking position that required meeting sales goals and supporting up to 9 different Wells Fargo locations and their business customer base. I worked with Wells Fargo’s business customers at my individual retail branches and also worked directly with the Wells Fargo commercial team to assure larger business customers had the right banking products and services that supported their specific needs.

I was brought on as an intern to work with management on projects relating to supply chain management. I was crossed trained on all functions in the distribution center including inventory, receiving, order fulfillment, returns, stocking, etc. I also worked directly with the distribution center management team on process improvement projects and analysis.

A service manager is an assistant manager at a retail bank. As the service manager, I was responsible for 5 bank tellers. I was in charge of their schedules, HR, sales goals, development, etc. Also, I was also responsible to assure that my branch met and completed strict compliance metrics. These metrics were required each month and evaluated yearly by bank auditors.
