With a career beginning in 2001, I have dedicated over two decades to the One Call industry, contributing significantly to organizations such as USA North 811 in California and Dig Line Inc. in Idaho. My journey commenced as a Customer Service Representative at USA North 811 right after high school, marking the start of a nearly five-year tenure before relocating to Boise, Idaho, for higher education at Boise State University.During my time in Boise, I was employed at Dig Line Inc., the principal One-Call center for Idaho, where I expanded my expertise as both a Customer Service Representative and CSR Team Lead. In these roles, I was responsible for onboarding and training new CSRs, as well as evaluating their performance.Upon completing my college education, I returned to California and rejoined USA North 811, where my career took a significant leap forward. I was promptly promoted to Operations Supervisor, overseeing CSR supervision, training, performance, daily center operations, and utility member support. My leadership and dedication to excellence led to a subsequent promotion to Board Liaison / Marketing & Education Manager. In this capacity, I played a pivotal role in leading major 811 marketing campaigns, including the celebrated Triple Crown campaigns with jockey Victor Espinoza and the launch of the Safe Digging Partner national sticker initiative.In 2016, following the retirement of USA North 811's long-standing Executive Director, Mike Heyer, I assumed the position of Interim Executive Director, a role I held until June 2017. I then transitioned to Managing Director, continuing to steer the organization forward alongside the new Executive Director, James Wingate. My career is a testament to my commitment to the One Call industry and my growth within it, highlighted by continuous learning, leadership, and innovation.
