Ryan is a partner with BDO USA and the assurance practice leader for BDO’s Nevada and Arizona offices. He has more than 20 years of combined experience in public accounting and private industry, working with a variety of closely held and publicly held companies. Ryan’s experience includes providing services with respect to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, regulatory compliance, internal audit, and accounting services to several industries including retail, gaming and hospitality, construction and real-estate, and others. As part of his tenure in public accounting, Ryan spent more than 15 years providing assurance services to the gaming and hospitality industry both domestically and overseas. Prior to his career in public accounting, Ryan spent several years in the construction and development industry accounting for and overseeing casino, hotel, and resort developments.
