I recently graduated with a degree in Finance from the Harbert College of Business at Auburn University. My current goals include being a part of a large financial firm as a full-time employee.My experience goes as the following: I concluded my internship as a Client Service and Support Intern at Charles Schwab in the Chicago location. I began to study for the Securities Industry Essentials Exam and passed as of July 31. I also was designated to taking phone calls related to the management and access of customer accounts with Schwab. I gained valuable insight into the financial consultant through 1:1 with senior management and shadowing current employees. I was the cashier and club fitter at Newport Beach Country Club. Each day I balanced daily sales to ensure all transactions were inputted along with working with customers to fulfill their club changes and fittings. I also was part of a team within the UFC Gym warehouse in San Diego, California. For this position, my team and I constructed a system to ensure shipments were being sent to the appropriate locations along with certifying the total income of inventory that was being sent out matched the book. I had a position as a team associate and delivery driver at Fresh Brothers Pizza where I handled delivery orders and orchestrated catering events.During my academic career, I have taken courses structured to my major of Finance including Financial and Managerial Accounting, Macroeconomic and Microeconomic policies, Business Analytics, Professional and Career Development in Business, and Principles of Management. These courses have provided me with extensive knowledge of business research and terms within the business world.I have an incredibly strong work ethic, a knack for leadership, a teachable mindset, and, most importantly, an overwhelming motivation to perform to the best of my abilities. I can improve on my public speaking skills which I am actively focusing on. My ability to create internal or external relationships with a wide variety of people is something that I believe will become extremely useful for any company I devote my time to.
