Current• Cast a vision for the state and execute strategic plans that advance key policies through community education, leader development, coalition building, public policy expertise, and legislator lobbying, resulting in the passing of dozens of pieces of legislation in the 2019, 2021, and 2023 Arkansas Legislative Sessions.• Act as an experienced federal policy lobbyist, skilled in advocating for legislative changes, adept at strategically educating lawmakers and government officials about organizational interests and goals.• Lead and equip a team of seven community building entrepreneurs who organize communities towards positive change through shared principles and vision, resulting in the passing of several pieces of legislation in areas of health care, education, criminal justice, and economics.• Founding host of the “Believe in Arkansas” podcast, with over thirty episodes recorded with thought leaders and public policy experts from across the nation, resulting in a growing audience, increased brand recognition, and the education of legislators, key stakeholder partners, and citizens.• Mentor Stand Together catalyst partners, both supervisors and critical staff, in Principled Based Management for the Stand Together Fellowship program, resulting in partners maximizing their impact within critical areas, such as mental health access, homelessness, and civil dialogue.• Plan and manage state political engagements, including statewide ballot question campaigns, with multiple wins in the 2018, 2020, and 2024 elections.• Receive three organizational recognitions for the work of the team in building strong broad-based coalitions across the political spectrum, uniting various factions, and resulting in high-priority state policy being passed.• Successfully engage donors by compellingly conveying the organization's mission and demonstrating the tangible impact of their contributions on specific areas of concern.
