I manage the supply chain and inventory of various product lines in the lighting industry. My focus is on keeping the company liquid using strategic planning methods while reducing customer lead times for finished goods.I began my planning and management career at Enterprise where I controlled an ever changing fleet of vehicles. I took my skills thereafter to i2 systems where I began overseeing multiple product lines across different sectors of the lighting industry.In 2020 I began implementing inventory control methods and have drastically reduced on hand inventory and at the same time reduced end customer lead times. More recently, in 2021 I passed Harvard's Introduction to Computer Sciences course CS50 to continue to improve upon my programming skillset.
