● Managed a department events budget of approximately $503,000.● Advised the Kennedy Political Union speakers bureau and Student Union Board concert series. ● Executed the 2014 Founder’s Day Ball at the National Portrait Gallery with a budget of $107,000.● Implemented a grant to enhance multicultural programming on campus and encourage collaboration among student organizations. ● Held a seat on the University Athletics and Recreation Committee and participated in monthly meetings to increase student engagement in AU athletics.

● Restructured the executive board to be more in-line with the organization’s mission of inclusivity. ● Oversaw day-to-day operations, including programming, advocacy initiatives, and weekly meetings. ● Worked with university administration to create transgender-inclusive student health insurance.
