Manage a project team of internal and external resources. I am accountable for leading my team in the execution of our residential development projects.Project Management: Plan, manage and oversee the residential real estate project life cycle from start to finish.Pro-forma preparation: Prepare and update project pro-formas and supporting financial analysis.Feasibility analysis: Perform due diligence of potential development projects and make decisions on the profitability of the project.Design: Collaborate with design and engineering consultants in the creation of preliminary concept plans and final development plans.Design review: Review servicing designs and architectural controls.City & municipal applications: Manage subdivision and rezoning application processes.Scheduling: Prepare project schedules and updated status reports.Service installation: Coordination of contractors on installation of municipal services, roads and landscaping. Team leadership: Direct the work of the project team (appraisers, designers, planners, engineers, contractors, and builders) to achieve project objectives.Budget and costing: Maintain project budgets, track project costs, and review and approve payments to contractors and consultants.Marketing & Sales: Direct the sales team and project marketing.

Coordinated the installation of the IT infrastructure into the MTS Center. This included television, internet, phone, and score clock systems. Assisted the Project Manager in design, layout, and cable routing solutions, as well as managing changes to the termination locations. Worked a full summer and through the fall university semester to assist in the completion of the MTS center for opening night of the Manitoba Moose.
