I start working at very young age exemplifying knowledge and skills. Experienced in Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, Collections, Financial, Supporting and Managing People since 2016.I dedicated most of my career in Customer Service, BPO and Financial Industry. Learning new skills is the most valuable experience I have but be able to share my knowledge and skills with my peers, colleagues and customers are greatest achievements in life.Currently part of Engagement Workstream that has full understanding of employee engagement strategies and practices in the company. This ensures to prioritize health and wellbeing of employees. Improve employee retention through rewards and recognition. Also, create an environment where employees felt valued and safe in the company while working.During my free time, I spend my time doing what I love such as dancing & playing volleyball. I also enjoy going to coffee shops drinking my favorite coffee. I’m also challenging myself now to read more books and cook filipino food.
