As a Web Developer at Helpertech, I apply my IT operations skills and computer science knowledge to create, maintain, and improve web applications and websites for various clients. I have been working at Helpertech for more than a year, starting as a Repair Technician and then becoming a Shift Manager before moving to the Web Development team. I have experience in phone and computer repair, troubleshooting, customer service, and project management. I am currently pursuing a BS in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering, where I am learning the latest technologies and best practices in web development, programming, and software engineering. I am passionate about solving problems, creating innovative solutions, and delivering high-quality products that meet the needs and expectations of the customers. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with others, and contribute to the mission and vision of Helpertech.
