I have been interested in the communication field for as long as I can remember. As an individual, I have always taken charge in whatever situations that I am presented with. The first time that I was ever able to gain experience in this field was as an aquatics manager. In this position, I began to understand and value my passion for creating a nurturing, safe work environment so my employees and patrons can come to me at any time.Additionally, as an educator (retail sales associate) at Lululemon, I have been able to develop a strong skillset in communication with the public, as well as what goes on behind the scenes to build the store's team and sales.I am currently a Senior at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville, majoring in communication studies. I have strong interests in human resources, management, public relations, and media management.
