As the new Community Fundraising Coordinator, I will support the planning, execution, and management of the Curebound Cancer Challenge, with a primary focus on recruitment and fundraising to drive revenue growth.

As the Community Engagement Coordinator, I supported Curebound’s mission to ‘Mobilize San Diego to accelerate cures for cancer’ by building and supporting relationships within our growing, impactful community. Working in partnership with the Director of Community Engagement, staff, vendors, sponsors, leadership volunteers and committees, I was able to: • Drive growth and success in fundraising campaigns including Curebound’s two signature events (Padres Pedal the Cause and the Concert for Cures) • Track, support and drive growth and success in corporate partnerships including cash, in-kind and brand partnerships• Identify, recruit, train, and partner with leadership volunteers to harness their passion and skills to help maximize impact and advance goals and advance the mission of Curebound In this role, I’m both a team player and self-motivated learner who strives to mobilize San Diego and helps to make Curebound a household name and cures for cancer a reality.

- Successfully managed promotional items at entry gates during all fan giveaways- Efficiently complete event planning preparation tasks and break down tasks prior to and during full venue events - Operated Friar funds account to sell to guests and accounted for total sales - Strategically scheduled caddies to tee times during the Links to ensure a timely and positive guest experience - Supported outside vendors in station set up to ensure successful merchandise giveaways for events - Organized giveaway merchandise and maintained presentation of theme at each hole during the Links

- Developed curriculum to successfully support and manage a diverse population of 40-120 students, including students with special needs - Addressed student academic or behavioral concerns with with parents to drive productive learning outcomes - Demonstrate daily training objectives to 20-40 students through virtual and elearning platforms - Designed organization website utilizing student data analysis which resulted in student learning growth from 75% to 80% year to year- Collaborated weekly with senior leadership to conduct performance gap analysis to assess current organization goals - Effectively utilized new technology programs and websites to increase student learning and support colleagues virtually - Conceptualized daily training presentations on organizational objectives aimed toward student needs for success

- Ensured guest safety during baseball games while proactively familiarizing with the season ticket holders- Prepared and assisted high profiles guests best approach to throw out first pitch- Support the Event Operations department by directing guests around the park during full venue events- Accommodate guest and management during promotional giveaways

During the second half of the teacher credential program, I taught face-to-face and delivered online instruction with 4th graders at Design39C. I worked in a highly collaborative environment with the 4/5 team, taught lessons in a variety of core content areas, and continued thriving in the distant learning environment.

During the first half of the teacher credential program, I began student teaching in a TK classroom at Pomerado Elementary. In the mornings I taught literacy and mathematics. In the afternoons, I lead reading and math interventions with Kindergarteners.

- Developed, organized, and coordinated social media content for buyer and/or seller listings- Maintained communication with clients through email marketing campaigns and social media- Designed and produced print, web, and other digital marketing materials for events- Reviewed and input data from open-house events into client tracking systems- Collaborated with leaders to create content posts on social media to connect with clients

- Operated all customer requests through phone calls, Groupons, and walk-in reservations- Trained onboarding sales representatives in the POS system and in our company culture- Managed third party, in-store, and over the phone reservations through customer support- Resolved customers needs and processed high volume reservations through POS system- Identified sales opportunities and acted on leads- Supervised cashiers and register transactions efficiently to get customers meeting their tour time- Explained and negotiated sales agreements
