- Serve as lead in operational planning and execution Curebound events - Plan the operations and event implementation for Padres Pedal annual event day including desired layout and route operations with contracted route logistics team.- Work directly with vendors to communicate order needs and updates throughout the campaign planning process.- Assist in planning and execution of on-course activations including signage plans and printing, aid station supplies ordering and delivery, and course logistics support. - Serve as event weekend logistics coordinator as the main point of contact for vendors loading in and out of Petco Park, food vendor setup and communication, and coordination with the San Diego Padres operations team. - Serve as Production assistant for the annual Concert for Cures- Assist in special event planning by supporting venue research, layout recommendation and feedback, and vendor communication and coordination.- Collect and organize supplies needed for events and execute set up and break down.- Serve as the main coordinator on event day – putting out fires and assisting in miscellaneous needs.- Work with marketing and event lead to finalize and communicate final event details. - Work with the Community Engagement team to track the sponsorship activation commitments for PPC and ensure completion of commitments by bringing necessary actions to the attention of PPC staff.- Assist in the collection and organization of necessary assets for sponsorship activations including logos and brand guidelines. - Storage management and inventory tracking- Organize and manage all inventory for Curebound including tracking and fulfillment of Shopify items and giveaway/ gift items. - Manage organization and inventory of the Curebound storage unit.- Lead the inventory management and ordering of office supplies.
