Assemblymember Rocky Chavez's District Office encompasses the northern coastal San Diego County. The Assemblymember's duties focused on the California state legislature and local San Diego issues. • Spoke with about 15 constituents that formed CA-76.• Advised said constituents on how to get veteran’s benefits, take care of the Medicare expansion, etc.• Collaborated with the Sacramento office to voice constituent’s concerns regarding bills on issues like medically assisted suicide.

Congressman Peters' reelection campaign occurred during the 2014 midterm election. Congressman Peters serves the 52nd district, an evenly split district with approximately 33% Democrats, 33% Republicans, and 33% Independents. • Composed 6 briefs on Congressman Peters’ focus on veterans to be distributed to volunteers to discuss when calling voters.• Walked dozens of precincts and talked to over a thousand voters in order to convince them to vote for Congressman Peters.• Organized 3 events highlighting the Congressman’s record on veterans’ issues in order to convince various veterans’ advocacy groups to endorse the congressman.

Kumon is a private tutoring organization focused around math and reading. Students commonly begin Kumon at an easy starting point to build study habits, concentration and a strong understanding of the fundamental topics.• Aided in the formation of the Solana Beach branch of Kumon. • Worked with the creator to help develop a program in order to better advocate the benefits of Kumon and helped modernize the curriculum. • Entered data tracking the students’ progress and monitored said data throughout the year, which resulted in more specific and unique study plans for each student.
