I am a first-year student in the PharmD program at the University of Pittsburgh. I want to make a real difference in patient care through clinical pharmacy practice. Prior experiences, through internships at UPMC Shadyside and volunteer work in the HELP Program at Geisinger's Community Medical Center, created a solid foundation concerning communication with patients. I will work hard to become a clinical pharmacist, focusing mostly on medication therapy management and health education to improve patient outcomes. Throughout pharmacy school, I am excited to further develop my clinical knowledge that will positively impact the health of diverse populations.
