Lead solution design workshops and conduct required technical meetings for various project stakeholders leveraging my experience in implementing a UC/UCCE network, given a design document and customer requirements. Prepare Bill of material for Networking & Collaboration solutions for various size deployments to ensure that the customer needs and the solution confirms to all technicalities. Ability to troubleshoot implementation problems during migrations. Plan and coordinate the implementation of voice technologies in support of defined requirements generated by internal customers and growth demands. Build simulated voice networks in test labs to resolve highly complex problems and compatibility issues.Prepare model RFP’s and response to customer RFP’s. Prepare Bill of material for voice solutions for medium and large deployments to ensure that the customer needs and the solution confirms to all technicalities.

Responsible for supporting the sales team in selling and promoting Avaya products and services. I will provide entry level support with the ability to effectively demonstrate our products and services to prospective and existing customers. Assist in quoting, configuring, proposing, and presenting Avaya solutions in conjunction with and/or at the direction of the sales team. This position may also provide basic installation and/or implementation services as a back-up for Avaya’s Technical Services Team. I also work with marketing and the sales team to develop sales tools to assist our resellers in learning and presenting the Avaya solution portfolio. Included in these activities are regular web-based seminars to resellers and customers. In addition, this position provides entry level input and participates in the marketing, market planning, and technical development of products and services. Work closely with the Account team to provide pre-sales and deep technical inputs.
