Over the past 10 years, I have continuously worked as an entrepreneur, consultant, and facilitator, driven by the mission of providing transformative experiences of connection and presence at a personal, organizational, and social level.Through my experience as an entrepreneur and manager, I have discovered that great teams possess three key elements: trust – knowing that significant work is accomplished collaboratively; diversity – recognizing that great achievements stem from diverse perspectives; and presence – being able to be fully present in the here and now to make the best decisions, whether big or small.As a facilitator and consultant, I have had the opportunity to serve over 100 companies in 9 different countries, supporting leaders committed to generating extraordinary results through cultural integration: considering the whole and not just the individual; creating value in dimensions beyond financial gain; and leading with trust that the envisioned outcomes will be realized, rather than leading out of fear of failure.While I have lived through these experiences, they do not belong exclusively to me. Therefore, as a speaker, I seek to share these insights with clients and events that are seeking a fresh perspective on the expectations for future leaders. Some of the topics I cover include Neuroscience and Leadership, Leadership and Artificial Intelligence, and How Great Leaders Drive Conversations.I had the opportunity to share some of these ideas in a TEDx talk called "The Wisdom of Questions," which you can find here in my profile or directly on YouTube.

Responsible for leading the Junior Enterprise Movement (MEJ) in Brazil, a network of over 25,000 members whose objective is to promote entrepreneurial and business education for young university students in order to provide better leaders for Brazil.In 2014, led the process that resulted in the approval of the Junior Enterprise Bill in the Constitution and Justice Committee of the Federal Senate. Alongside the efforts of other administrations, this led to the approval of what is now Law 13,267.Conceived and led the Global Forum of Junior Enterprises, gathering leaders from 16 countries in Geneva, Switzerland, to create the agreement that defined the global guidelines for MEJ's growth and impact.His administration was also marked by the creation of the jeitoBJ, a set of cultural guidelines for MEJ, and the Encontro de Líderes (Leaders' Summit), the main instrument for succession within the Brazilian MEJ.
