Responsible to design, create and prepare drawing of parts related to aircraft cabin interior, carpets, seat cover, placards and decals. Handle and control the fabrication process of carpets, seat covers, interior/exterior decals and placards.

Research, design and evaluate mechanical products to meet the design requirements and objectives during the development process. Develop mechanical model and analysis from part to assembly stages. Supervise, evaluate, optimize and modify the mechanical products in the products' prototype. Install, operate and maintain the mechanical products and equipment during experiment and test activities. Provide solution for the failures and difficulties of the mechanical products and systems.Develop multimedia documentation, widely from manual, quick guide, specification etc. to video manual and introduction. Build publication and marketing media, like images, brochure and company website.

Design and build a beetle-mimicking flapping-wing system that can drive 2 pairs of wing which flaps at same flapping frequency but in different flapping angle. Develop 3D model to simulate the flapping motion. Capture the wing motion of the flapping-wing system using high-speed cameras and develop the 3D wing kinematics using direct linear transformation (DLT). Design experiment apparatus for measuring the amount of forces generated by the flapping-wing system. Perform experimental activities to measure the generated force using simple mechanical principal also through a sophisticated device, such as load cell. Investigate the flow environment around the wing during flapping motion. Compare the effect of wing interaction between the elytra and the hind wing of the beetle using this flapping-wing system.

GMF AeroAsia is subsidiary company of Garuda Indonesia Airlines (GIA), the biggest airlines in Indonesia, which has been awarded as 2013 world's best regional airline by Skytrax. GMF AeroAsia is the MRO company for all GIA fleet. My main role in the Aircraft Cabin Engineering Unit is to prepare engineering documents (Engineering Order, Engineering Information, etc.), drawing documents (LOPA, part drawing, etc) and provide solution for any problems related to the aircraft cabin. I am also responsible in cabin config/re-config for VVIP (Indonesian Presidency) flight.
