Operational oversight of 155 bed acute care hospital and Administrator of outpatient MOB housing a state-of-the-art Cancer Center, Imaging Center, Free Standing Emergency Department, Outpatient Therapy and physician clinic space. Oversight of HR function for the health system (2,000 FTE’s).

Responsible for planning, designing and operationalizing HR/Business strategies across 22 hospitals. Primary point of contact for corporate and hospital operators and all other ancillary departments to facilitate and ensure successful implementation of key strategies across the group.

Operational oversight of key hospital departments. Designed, planned and implemented a regionalized shared service model HR function across a network of 4 hospitals.

Complete due dilligence analysis and integration for 13 newly acquired hospitals. Develop and administer strategic Human Resources objectives in partnership with senior management. Partner with key departments to increase human talent retention through the development and administration of equitable benefits, training, employee relations and other HR.

Provide policy guidance to 30+ field managers on HR related matters while ensuring that corrective action is administered within the guidelines of federal, state and local employment laws including FMLA, EEO, FLSA, ADA, Workers Compensation, Title VII and other employment related laws and regulations.
