Support of EMEA Portfolio Managers with proactive cash management and third party provider reconciliation oversight• Provide oversight control of outsourced activities to our external middle office provider• To be the main contact point & coordinator for Investment portfolio managers, Client Account Managers, External Providers and Internal Ops stakeholders on many wide-ranging issues or Operations queries• Participation on various projects/initiatives related to Operations Department (Global & Local projects)• Be particularly analyst and rigorous while performing tasks and meeting deadlines• Manage and/or escalate conflicts, issues with respective stakeholders, being proactive.• Build credible, trusted advisor relationships with key internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization (Portfolio Management, IT, Risk Management,…)

Cover processes for transactions during the whole lifecycle of the deal: - Process FI trades through Omgeo CTM, investigate discrepancies and ensure trades matching - Manual validation and event related follow-up validation on Emerging Market Trades - Manage Failed trades - Implement the relevant controls ensuring the accuracy and the exhaustivity of the transactionsClient service excellence through well researched, timely and clear communication: - Investigate and resolve queries from counterparties to optimise settlement/confirmation processes - Organise meetings with brokers to follow up and optimise matching/settlement processes

Develop and maintain strong client relationship to provide the best support - Listen closely client’s operational challenges (specific cut-off/processes, ...) - Investigate and resolve client’s queries, communicating on technical solutions CA-CIB can deliver - Organise client meetings to follow up and optimise matching/settlement processesProvide a strong Sales support in all aspects, including: (FI Desks covered: High Yield, Emerging Market, Central bank, Treasury, Investment Grade, ...) - Ensuring downstream processes are completed - Process FI trades (Rates, Credit, Money Market, ...) through Omgeo CTM, investigate discrepancies and ensure trades matching - Investigate and resolve breaks by reconciliating E-Trading platforms (BBLG, Tradeweb, Marketaxess, ...) and MO systems - Manage and resolve queries from various areas such as Trading/Settlements (trade cancellation, amendment, conversion, ...)Projects Management: - Auto-validation of FI trades in MO system → 50% time saved daily - Develop the coverage of Central Bank Sales desk → 25% time saved daily for Sales

Taking few month off to explore several countries- Jordan- Spain- France

Investigate and resolve queries from clients to improve settlement and confirmation processesSupport Traders in all aspects, including: - Manage, follow-up and report failed/pending deals and issues - Guarantee settlement of trades on E-RGV, Clearstream, Euroclear, using ALERT and SWIFT systems - Ensure the liquidity needs of daily basis activity - Report of all failed to FO and MO - Confirmation of Fixed Income securities, ensuring all trades booked correctly

- Integrate trades in BO systems - Manage internal transactions (cover / loan of securities between traders) - Create the Standard Settlement Instruction (SSI) in BO system (Euroclear, Cedel and Domestic SSI)- Solve cash discrepancies FO/BO

- Establish workflows for the all activity interviewing all teams in interaction with the Fees team (Legal, FO, MO, ..)- Identify and monitor indicators to implement (KPI, KRI) - Monitor and manage project implementation, automation or enhancement tools (establishment / improvement of VBA Macro) - Define, calculate, monitor the instruction of different types of Fees and their payments.
