Back at Dauphine to help MBA EXECTUVIE students in their final project.

My life has changed since October 1st when I officially stopped working for ENGIE. Since then, my activities as associate professor at Paris Dauphine University PSL(http://www.dauphine.fr/fr/index.html ) have developed. I indeed have the chance to teach in three Master 2's: - I teach "Change Management" in the two M202 "Strategy Control and Governance"- I teach "The role of internal control in management control" in the M124 "Consulting and Research in Audit and Control"I also have the opportunity to be the Academic Tutor for 4 students this year (compared to 2 in previous years). I accompany them until the defense of their end-of-cycle memoirs. I was asked this year to be an adjunct professor at ENSAM (Ecole Nationale des Arts et Métiers https://artsetmetiers.fr/ ). My job is to be a "Professional Tutor" to help engineering students get off to a good start in their professional lives.As for IFCEO (Insitut Français pour la Compétitivité et l’Excellence Opérationnelle http://ifceo.org/ ), even though I continue to be as active as possible, I have passed my job as General Secretary to a new generation of talented Ms. Catherine Johnson from CPAM.Regarding the UL6S (Lean 6 Sigma University), I left my post on the board of directors to the new generation, to focus on piloting "The Certification Commission" with my friend and namesake Jean-Claude Rodriguez also Master Black Belt.For the UL6S, I do missions as an assessor and certifier for companies that want a national certification recognized by the CNCP (National Commission for Professional Certification). http://www.universite-lean6sigma.com/certification-lean-six-sigma

Amélioration/Consolidation voire réingénierie des parcours pédagogiques existants

At the request of my many fans (my daughters 2 and 11) I update my profile who took dust since early 2014.The missions follow and fortunately didn’t like the same way. I’m still crossing through various business units, making great encounters,Like I said, a lot of different job and people, but always with a same approach for me : Understand quickly what is needed, and make the path to my inutility. I should be obsolete asap giving to the people the tools to build their own path. I had the opportunity to give a hand to a French team based in HAITI helping local business to rebuild the water grid. It was a mediation game with great people on both side who wanted the same thing but with different philosophy. Our society still there to do the job:)I was also called to help two big teams of our society in charge of two European Airport (maintenance, boarding bridges and sorting baggage). This time it was a kind different, the teams wanted to be more perform, in the way to prepare themselves for the renegotiation of contracts and better serve customers. We win the renegotiation for one of them and we are ready for the other.It’s impossible to put here all the jobs done with my team, yes my team, because alone you are just you, and with your team you are a strong task force aware to help the others. So thanks to Alice, Anouk, Hind, Nicolas, Gael, Guillaume, Haide, Nathalie, Catherine, Marie-Claire, Gladys, Sandrine, Hélène, Carolien, Jan only to name the people who had to share with me truly difficult moments and great joys. Obviously I don’t forget all the numerous others without whom nothing would have been possible.At the “Université Paris Dauphine”, seen the job done last year for the Master 2, they give me a second Master 2. And a friend of mine, open me the door recently to give a hand at the ECP (Ecole Centrale Paris). I have to say that it’s a great satisfaction to share what you learn with the young generation. And learn from them again and again.

Mission :Contribute significantly to the performance improvement of the Group.In this work I had the opportunity to perform a wide variety of missions.I was able to accompany our Shared Service Accounting and Finance Center, through its New AccIS project (Establishment of a participatory management) on its entire entity in France and Belgium. Or 200 employees in 8 main units. The mission lasted almost a year and was one of the most rewarding things I've ever done .I started from scratch and using internal support from AccIS and a Belgian colleague “Jan Guns” we all designed , built , hosted and implemented the project with each employee.Other missions have been added this year 2013, so I was able to manage a mission to support our colleagues based in Haiti, in charge of water distribution.And with one of my colleagues we conducted a mission of “process reengineering” on bill collection business customers .To end this eventful year 2013 I also had the opportunity to drive , support , facilitate a Lean Management approach on another of our specialist in Facilities Management subsidiaries. On prestigious sites such as EADS , SANOFI , Volkswagen or the Parc des Expositions Porte de Paris .Since 2014 I have the honnor to be part of the Board of Directors for "L'Université Lean Six Sigma".I'm also professor of "Change Management" in Master 2 "Control, Governance and Strategy" at "l'Université Paris Dauphine". http://controle202.dauphine.fr/fr/equipe-pedagogique.html

ERD EST was for EDF in charge of the stratégy and the policy for the north quarter of France. I was in charge of the relation and the contract with the local and regional elected representatives.For this work I had the opportunity to participate in cross-border working groups in Germany with the colleagues of ENBW, in Switzerland with the colleagues of EBM and in Belgium with ELECTRABEL

In charge of the emergence and the development of the local economic in connection with the business of EDF.For the occasion, I arrange a business travel to Beijing with the CET company, we met the mayor of Beijing and the vice governor of the province. The objective was to supply means of electric transportation in the "olympique village" with the collaboration of the CET.
