I am working as a Senior Associate in Product Management in HRS with a combined experience of 4 years.I am working on three different projects. I have detailed knowledge of all the projects' policies and procedures.I am currently handling product management. In our projects, we use a 3rd-party tool (product) called 'Mitrefinch'. The tool needs some enhancements because there are differences between each country's and each entity's policies. So, the old state of the product can't be used in all the projects. There are many teams working on these projects: the timekeeping, payroll OPS, payroll vendor, compliance, finance, legal, and Mitrefinch tech teams. We have gathered the requirements from each team, communicated the CRNs, tested the UAT with all the teams, and successfully launched all the requests. This is quite a challenging job, since all the teams are working in different countries and some teams are working outside the organisation. As a team, we have planned the new change requests and successfully signed them off. It took a lot of effort from us, like gathering requirements, scheduling regular calls with the required teams, planning and scheduling, maintaining a shared path to track the progress, following up regularly, communicating the barriers with the senior PM, and getting them cleared on a timely manner. Making the teams to test the UAT, communicating the results to the required teams, and finally, successfully launching the CRNsBelow are the new change requests implemented by us.1. New wage code mapping2. Retroactive input collection3. Data integration with PeoplePortal4. A new pay rule is set up.5. New OT change request.Each request is different from other and quite challenging.

I had worked on six different projects as an associate. I have detailed knowledge of all the projects' policies and procedures. Good knowledge of the tools used here (the people portal, Kronos, Quip, SharePoint, MS Excel, Outlook, MS Word, and Amazon-owned tools like A2Z, WorkEvents, and Phone Tool) I used to work on some manual tasks related to payroll and employee services.I have done so by setting up employee profiles in 3rd party tools, maintaining their records, preparing pay files, and addressing employee queries via our internal tools.I had initiated and implemented some process changes. I did my best to automate most of the manual tasks in my previous role. I know five languages and can communicate effectively with our customers across the globe. Experienced in working under tight schedules. I am very good at prioritising tasks and delivering results in a timely manner and very good team player. I am a curious learner and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
