As an Additional Director at a leading Banking Education and Certification Institute, I leveraged my extensive experience in both Information Technology (IT) and Examination Operations to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services to about 6.9 lakh candidates covering 40+ courses annually. I retired from the Institute on superannuation on 31-Dec-2023, after more than 30 years of dedicated service.During my tenure, I was responsible for the overall management and operation of IT infrastructure, the examination department, and the membership support services department. I also supervised the online cell and the DRA cell, and collaborated with various stakeholders and vendors to achieve the Institute's objectives. I'm proud of the growth and innovation I contributed to the Institute, and I'm eager to explore new opportunities and challenges in the next phase of my professional journey.
