Supported clinical development and education, excelling in training clients on the proper use of cardiac pacemakers and defibrillators. -Provide comprehensive training, serving as a technical reference for rhythmology implantable devices, including implantation, troubleshooting and optimization techniques. -Collaborated with sales colleagues to implement sales plans, showcasing adaptability and innovation in a dynamic environment.

Provide technical expertise and field support for the acquisition of medical equipment. Conduct calls for tenders, analysis of bids and product, and purchase recommendations for the improvement or replacement of medical systems and implantation of new technologies. -Replaced and implanted 4 new pulmonary evaluation systems for Pierre Le-Gardeur's Hospital. As project manager, I succeeded in obtaining additional funds of 75 000$ for the medical team to proceed with the purchase of an additional system. This allowed an increase in the number of patients examined per day despite the constraints of the pandemic slowing down the project;-Analyzed the market and wrote a technical specification to replace the video integration system of the seven operating rooms of the Montreal Heart Institute. The system allowed improved communications between surgeons and students by allowing the students to virtually assist operations.-Advised the Ministry for Health and Social Services on the project- Maison des aînés- to build 51 residences for seniors in Quebec for the acquisition of medical equipment. I conducted a market analysis, wrote technical specifications and awarded contracts worth more than 3 million$.

Teach and support students in acquiring theoretical and practical notions of biometric signals during laboratory sessions. I taught advanced cardiovascular system's notions to undergraduate students. I designed grade scales and I applied them to the class reports.-Taught biometric signals measurements sampling according to good practices (EKG, Sphygmograph, spirometry).-Processed and analyzed analogic signals within MatLab’s workspace in a realistic scenario to introduce students to the healthcare professional’s reality.

Developed and supported Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) and congenital (Melody valve) products marketing activities. I made a tutorial video addressed to physicians on the use and good practices for the TAVI. The video was distributed in more than 50 hospitals in France. I supported the interventional cardiologists in their learning of the usage of the new catheter and its new loading system. The TAVI has helped about 10 000 patients from 2018 to 2019 in France. -Participated to the complete launch of Enveo Pro and the follow-up of the Evolut Pro launch. I prepared the products documentation according to the French requirements.-Supported the sales force activities, supervised and advised during catheter interventions, organized training Workshops in hospitals where I acquired technical and clinical expertise.

Developed medical orthopedic products for computer assisted surgeries according to ISO Standards 13485.I completed a validation study of the shoulder surgery technics on a population of post-surgery patients. This study allowed increasing the accuracy of the software and the good practices of the surgeon.-Elaborated test protocols, reports and design documents for the new software interface. -Realized a validation test of the product and a functional study.

Developed cardiac medical products according to ISO Standards 13485.I designed an accessory for the traction stress bench test of catheter that allowed the test to be completed in-house. This minimized the cost associated to third party destructive testing. -Elaborated test protocols, reports and design documents. -Realized the validation and functional testing of a new model of catheter.-Supported fabrication and prototyping of catheters.
