Provide compassionate and quality individualized care in the ambulatory setting to up to 30 patients a day. Assist in the examination, treatment, and in-patient procedures. Schedule tests, appointments, and communicate patient concerns and questions to providers.- Manage staff adherence to compliance policies and procedures specific to their jobs.- Provide patient triage, education, and support via telephone.- Serve as a patient advocate by promoting and documenting quality and safe patient care and customer service.- Educate patients on in-clinic procedures and options of care available- Administer immunizations in accordance with state regulations and assess patients’ compliance.

- Provide safe and efficient patient care, wound care, and pain management.- Utilize critical care thinking, knowledge, and judgment in observing patient symptoms and condition.- Communicate critical changes through interdisciplinary relationships with providers, patients, and family.- Monitor critically acute patients’ vitals and provide life-saving interventions as necessary.- Delegate patient care to Certified Nursing Assistant through ongoing communication.

- Manage a multi-line phone system and serves as a liaison between the patients and clinical staff.- Demonstrate effective communication skills with patients, by addressing patient’s needs, questions or concerns.- Assist patients and the provider in preparation for procedures.- Organize databases of customer information to ensure excellent service.
