⦁ Provide airport passengers with premium assistance in the transit and public area. ⦁ Keep abreast of updated airport layout, airline operations and current local affairs pertaining to tourism to address and resolve passengers' enquiries.⦁Working closely with tour operators and agencies within the airport to resolve passengers’ enquiries.

⦁ Repair and maintain operability of gaming machines on live floor. ⦁ Resolve customers’ technical and operational issues to redirect and/or coordinate with relevant authorities if necessary. ⦁ Keep abreast of new products and operation policies to address and resolve passengers' enquiries. ⦁ Perform gaming audit of slot machines in accordance with relevant authority regulations.

⦁ Assist and resolve air traffic controllers with technical faults. ⦁Proficient handling of civil aviation communicating system and radio equipment. ⦁Perform routine equipment inspection and servicing. ⦁Coordinate with local government agencies and international counterparts on technical issues.⦁Perform simulation testing and migration of new software and hardware.
