• Led a global S/4HANA security redesign for a leading innovator in materials science during an SAP S/4HANA 2020 upgrade. This engagement involved the design and implementation of SOD-free SAP roles made up of S/4HANA GUI transactions and both standard and custom Fiori applications, the support of FUT, SIT, and UAT testing phases across multiple time zones, and the implementation of a global business role design. • Helped to establish and mature the EAS Cloud Solutions Group which included facilitation of the monthly schedule, helping to create and achieve the year's vision and goals, and acting as a liaison between senior management leads and the consultants/senior consultants in the group.

• Led a Security Redesign during an SAP S4HANA 1909 upgrade for a client in the aerospace and defense industry with approximately 10,000 users. This involved designing SOD-free SAP roles which incorporated S/4HANA transactions and authorizations, designing Fiori and GRC business roles, supporting multiple testing phases, and providing SAP security expertise throughout the project.• Assisted a leading apparel manufacturer in optimizing their S/4HANA environment. This involved designing roles customized for retail-specific functions within S/4HANA, designing roles customized for the CAR Application (SAP Customer Activity Repository), designing Fiori roles for utilization in 104 retail stores, and updating the existing SoD ruleset for S/4HANA and Fiori customization.• Assisted in an ERP selection assessment for a global manufacturing company which involved conducting workshops in the North America, Europe, and Asia regions, collecting information on current ERP processes, and identifying current issues and requirements to provide a recommendation for a future global ERP platform.

• Assisted in the global rollout of an SAP Security role redesign for a leading worldwide manufacturer. This engagement involved being the key contact and project lead for multiple European site rollouts and included the tasks of performing transactional analysis, initial role design and build, coordinating user mapping and testing phases, supporting UAT and DITL testing and hypercare, and managing the project timeline for each unit.• Performed a security assessment for a client in the manufacturing industry. This engagement involved performing SAP transactional analysis, configuration of the proprietary tool with the client’s environment, analysis of the results, and preparing the final report and roadmap for socialization to the client.• Assisted in a Firefighter Redesign for a client in the consumer products and services industry. This engagement involved performing an initial analysis of transactional history and legacy FF utilization, leading initial requirements meetings, performing role design and build, supporting functional testing phases, assisting in FF ID mapping, supporting hypercare, and performing FF ID GRC configuration.• Assisted in an SAP Security role design for a global leading airline client. This engagement involved performing an initial transactional history analysis, facilitating transaction placement workshops for master security roles with business process owners, and role design and build. • Performed a Customer Support audit for a leading Financial Technology corporation focusing on issue remediation in accordance to SLAs and contractual agreements, analyzing customer support and security controls, meeting with business process owners, requesting documentation, and completing work paper documentation. Additionally, assisted in the remediation of a Datacenter Operations audit including performing on-site walk-throughs and datacenter-specific testing.
