* Design, development and delivery of a series of reports to support 530 Tesco Mobile Phone Shops across the UK and Northern Ireland.* Utilisation of Power BI’s Row Level Security to tailor the report front end to the individual user ie Phone Shop Managers see their own store’s performance and the performance of other stores within their Area Sales Manager’s Group etc.* Use of SSIS and Power Query to import data from a variety of sources eg Sharepoint, APIs, SQL Server.* Applied mobile optimisation to reports providing Area Sales Managers with the ability to view key sales statistics via their mobile phones.* Responsible for all elements of the software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, data modelling, production of supporting Stored Procedures, front-end build, DAX, testing, documentation etc.* All reporting delivered using an Agile/Kanban methodology.

* Production of insightful analysis and routine reporting for the Customer Experience and Customer Care departments.* Automation of reporting and dashboards initially using QlikView 12 and latterly Power BI. Covering requirements gathering, dashboard design and build (ie data modelling, expression building, data visualisation etc), testing, documentation and training/support for end users.* Experienced user of SQL Server (eg TSQL, Stored Procedures etc), accustomed to handling, manipulating and drawing insight from very large datasets.* Client meetings to discuss and prioritise requirements.* Communication of data insights to less technically minded client departments.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
