I train 2 teams, one of 10 girls of 12 years of age, and the other of 9 girls of 16 years old.Training twice a week plus weekend games.- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies.- Communication skills: Clear and effective communication to instruct, motivate, and provide feedback.- Leadership: Inspiring and motivating players, setting a positive example, and promoting team cohesion. Create practice exercises with the aim of learning and developing both old and new challenges.- Problem Solving: Quick thinking and decision-making under pressure to address challenges during games and practices.- Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing emotions, strengthening positive relationships, and handling conflicts.- Motivational Skills: Inspiring and maintaining a positive and encouraging team atmosphere.

Monitor in a sports summer camp and extracurricular activities.One week a year a summer camp is organised for approximately 600 children of different ages between 6 and 16 years old. My responsibility is to accompany a group of 12 children every day and at all times. Preparing between 5 and 10 training sessions and/or activities per day that please and entertain the children.Monitor during the month of July with children from 3 to 5 years old. Taking care of the children, creating activities in which they learn and develop their senses, organising excursions to different interactive museums, farms, and places of interest.
