Currently working at a major UK financial institution as part of an Operational Wind-down Programme.Main achievements to date have been cataloguing of 180+ external suppliers that support the business, and designing exit strategies for these whilst ensuring that the target operating model processes are not impacted.Also led analysis on a project tasked with decommissioning a number of systems within the business. This has involved requirement gathering from numerous operations that use the service, and creation of business process to ensure a smooth transition.

Working on the migration of business data and processes between two major financial institutions.Main responsibilities included gathering data migration requirements from the operation across numerous structure and unstructured data platforms and working with technology partners to ensure all required data was accessible on Day 1 post migration.

Business Analyst working on the implementation of GDPR Individual Rights into a major UK financial services institution. Worked extensively on enhancing the Data Subject Access Request business process, and introducing a method of responding to Data Portability enquiries

Monitoring performance of associates in fulfilment of information requests across a number of regulatory contacts. This role has entailed being the nominated SME for the area and ensuring a smooth transition during a major business integration. Currently ensuring that the businesses DSAR processes and controls are GDPR compliant.

Experience with managing teams dealing with first and second time complaints across a number of products.
