With over 23 years of experience in law enforcement, I am a Commander at the Village of Hoffman Estates Police Department, where I oversee the investigations division. This division handles a wide range of cases, such as homicide, sexual assault, domestic violence, fraud, and narcotics. I am responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the investigations, as well as the safety and well-being of the investigators and the community.I have strong skills in conducting and managing complex investigations, as well as interviewing, inspecting, and evaluating police personnel, policies, procedures, and performance evaluations. I have completed the School of Police Staff and Command at Northwestern University, where I enhanced my knowledge and abilities in public safety administration, management, and leadership. I am committed to ensuring the highest standards of service and integrity for the community that I serve, and I am always eager to learn and improve my skills and knowledge in the field of public safety.
