And using standards (ASME Y14.5 2018,ASME B5.10-1994,ASME Y14.8-2009,ASME Y14.43-2011,ASME B16.5 and IS 2102,IS919). Design for manufacturability (Molding/Forming/Cutting/Bending/Stamping) and DFMEA. Making a parting line Decision, Core & cavity clearance, Contraction allowance for (Patterns, GDC, PDC, Injection moulding ,Sheet metal forming). Analytical & Empirical problem solving in Tools. Select and evaluate materials, components, and manufacturing process that meet the requirements. Design the JIG and Fixture for machining process (CNC,VMC,HMC). Self validation of Design and Drawings. Prepare BOM for New developed products. Planning and executing assigned projects and achieving set targets. Follow Products Development process. Evaluate the product Quality and Resolving the Technical issues. Monitoring the Sales, Purchase and IT Returns.
