The Trevor Project is the world’s largest suicide prevention and mental health organization for LGBTQ+ young people. The organization works to save young lives by providing support through free and confidential suicide prevention and crisis intervention programs on platforms where young people spend their time: our 24/7 phone lifeline, chat, text, and soon-to-come integrations with social media platforms. We also run TrevorSpace, the world’s largest safe space social networking site for LGBTQ youth, and operate innovative education, research, and advocacy programs.● Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to crisis workers and volunteer cohorts in alignment with the goals and objectives of suicide prevention initiatives● Facilitate engaging and interactive training workshops, incorporating various instructional methods, including but not limited to, role plays, case studies, and simulations, while guiding program participants and providing ongoing feedback and mentorship support● Oversee volunteer data management across multiple VMS and digital platforms to provide ongoing curricular support, ensure learner competencies, and develop best practices for trainee success and retention● Assist in organizing the evaluation of training program effectiveness, and assess the data collected to recommend changes in instructional methods and training material while ensuring content accuracy and relevancy● Piloted the inaugural cohorts of Trevor’s 988 (National Suicide and Crisis Hotline) division, helping to build multi-organizational functionality and initiatives that span across the US while collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders● Create and lead high-quality training via multiple platforms, including in-person and virtual classrooms

Responsible for quickly learning, detailing and perfecting choreography and show concepts. Facilitate in maintaining the integrity of main stage shows for months at a time while at sea. Act as a liaison between the cast on board, management on board, miscellaneous international crew on board, and Stiletto Entertainment; the production company responsible for casting and producing each show. Handling petty cash, accounting for ratings and guest comments per cruise, and communicating any difficulties to the necessary individuals in power.

Directly report to Mobile Testing Counselor Team Manager to ensure progress in daily and monthly goals. Facilitate daily scheduled team in prepping needed supplies for efficiency in the field. Take responsibility in getting mobile units to scheduled locations around Los Angeles county, perform outreach to test and educate community members, and provide sensitivity to clients when counseling, testing, and linking patients to care on an as-needed basis.

Directly report to the Prevention Programs Manager to keep the men’s programmatic strategies as effective and efficient as possible. Ensure the men’s program provides outreach and education to more than 500 gay/bisexual men in the community; especially among Latino and African American communities; assist with the adaptation and tailoring of the evidence-based curricula that is MPowerment, plan four large quarterly events through the contract year that help raise awareness of the agency and its services, organize smaller monthly outreach functions, conduct HIV testing and counseling services upon certification from the Los Angeles County Division of HIV & STD Programs, link clients to needed services upon evaluation, input records of all outreach and workshops, and maintain social media websites (i.e. e-mail, Facebook and Twitter) to continue strengthening and building relationships with the community.

“Celebrate! A Street Party,” “Disney’s Electrical Parade” and “Tiana’s Showboat Jubilee”: Dancer, Stilt Walker, and Character Performer: Ability to please guests of all ages, deal with unexpected conflict quickly, and efficiently interact with Guest Control, Leads, Managers, and Parade Ones.

Organize and prepare middle school and high school aged bands, choirs, and dance teams in their performances. Guide parents, teachers, directors, and performers to specific performance locations onstage and backstage. Track show times, call cues and guide all preparation work and performance operations.

Organize and guide audience members to their seats, bathrooms, or party within the studio. Prepare them to be camera ready (no hats, glasses, gum, large logos, etc.), as well as take care of any special needs an audience member may require before, during, or after filming. Pay out contracted audience members at the end of their shift, and ensure all paperwork is properly filled out and filed for future records.
