Ensure the men’s program provides outreach and education to more than 500 gay/bisexual men in the community; especially among Latino and African American communities; assist with the adaptation and tailoring of the evidence-based curricula that is MPowerment, plan four large quarterly events through the contract year that help raise awareness of the agency and its services, organize smaller monthly outreach functions, conduct HIV testing and counseling services upon certification from the Los Angeles County Division of HIV & STD Programs, link clients to needed services upon evaluation, input records of all outreach and workshops, and maintain social media websites (i.e. e-mail, Facebook and Twitter) to continue strengthening and building relationships with the community.
