I coach CEOs, Directors and senior executives. I help leaders take their leadership development to a deeper and more sustainable level. My 12-year stint as CEO, transition from Finance Director to CEO and about 20 years as a Board member have equipped me with skills to think differently about the business and to look at any issue with wider perspective. This has come in handy while coaching. My strength lies in being able to draw parallels from what the coachee is facing with what I have seen in my over 40-year career both in India and abroad and able to explore with coachee, strategies and action plans for accomplishment of coaching goals.My style lies in giving unconditional regard for the coachee and listen him with empathy.
