I coach CEOs, Directors and senior executives. I help leaders take their leadership development to a deeper and more sustainable level. My 12-year stint as CEO, transition from Finance Director to CEO and about 20 years as a Board member have equipped me with skills to think differently about the business and to look at any issue with wider perspective. This has come in handy while coaching.
