Laboratory supervisor over 9 years hands-on experience with technical leadership, co-ordination, problem solving and planning skills. Over the years, provided leadership to laboratory team and technical support to my organisation for implementation of continuous improvement as spokesperson for Quality Control and Scale-up. Responsible for redipersible powder polymers and hotmelt adhesives. My main responsibilities are:* Organizing the analysis operations and plans for raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products and finished products* Statistical tracking and technical reporting for products and raw materials* Defining the quality specifications for products and raw materials* Following new products in scale-up period in coordination with synthesis laboratories and production* Organizing trials for new products, methods and raw materials. * Preparing laboratory procedures and instructions in accordance with ISO 9001 standards* Following product and process quality and carrying out process optimisation studies. * Evaluation of customer complaints * To initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)* Leading laboratory technicians and ensuring implementation of the procedures* Ordering and inventory of lab supplies and general lab maintenance* To provide the necessary actions for occupational health and safety in the laboratory* Applying the 5S lean methodology in the laboratory * Documentation of the records and provision of approvals by an ERP-based system* To make calibration verifications of critical devices* Preparing the qualification documents in accordance with GMP standards* Making MOC studies in case of changes.* Manage the unsaleable stock.
