I'm an advocate for true agile collaboration and work directly with clients to understand their problems and decide what will work best for them, before leading both them and the project team to success. I create, plan and lead the right activities and workshops to move from problem to solution and produce logical UX and impactful design solutions that really do work for their users. I focus on communicating brand values, brand engagement and enabling users to complete all tasks they set out to achieve. I have 16 years of professional experience in design, ux and print. In my time I have worked with many blue-chip clients such as Sony, Maserati, Cartoon Network, RCT, PSHE, Generation Global, Maersk, MND Association, Ferarri, ZSL, BFI, Stroke Association and many more. I have also worked with many start ups and SME's, supporting their crucial first steps into the world of business, eCom and growth.
